Eligibility for Returns

    • Items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date or delivery date (for online orders).

  2. Conditions for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized jewelry.

    • Items purchased as "Final Sale."

    • Items showing signs of improper use, neglect, or failure to comply with care instructions (e.g., exposure to water, creams, or perfumes).

Refunds

  1. Process:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  3. Deductions:

    • If the item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

    • Items with manufacturing defects (e.g., missing stones, defective plating) may be exchanged or replaced at no cost.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item.

    • For items under warranty, Mariana Jewelry will cover shipping costs for repairs or replacements.

    • Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

    • Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty-Covered Services

The following services are covered under our Lifetime Warranty and are provided at no cost:

  • Replacement of missing end charms or clasps.

  • Replacement of missing stones or crystals.

  • Replating or repair of items with defective plating upon arrival or within a short period (as proof of defectiveness).

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage caused by general wear and tear or improper use.

  • Items damaged due to failure to follow care instructions (e.g., exposure to water, perfumes, or creams).
